60T Winches SK1/2 ALE HeavyLift

Asisto engineered and manufactured a control system for two 60T winches, capable to lift 3000T. Winches are installed on ALE’s SK1 and SK2 cranes.

• Stainless steel power divider unit: 6x 450kW generator input, 6x 450kW output
• Stainless steel braking resistor racks 8x 45kW
• Profibus encoders for length measurement
• Adaption of control desk: joystick and buttons
• Cabling to winches
• Siemens PLC software in step 7 SCL
• Siemens screen software in WinCC Flexible
